At Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs we believe that all students have the right to be their best and to feel safe and encouraged on their personal learning journey. We believe that all students are leaders and have leadership potential within them. Each student is unique in their needs and their talents and has the right to explore and develop these. As a community we endeavour through a range of pastoral programs to ensure that the changing and unique needs of individual students are met. Programs for self-esteem, social relationships, moral development, vocational awareness, sexuality and health and personal safety need to be offered. We work as a community, and thus work with the student, the staff and the families of our College. We also need to maintain links with external resources to assist our school in the planning of these programs.
