Bookings for 2027 will open in October 2026. Please note that all booking requests must be submitted via our website booking enquiry form to be considered. Venue hire rates are currently under review and will be confirmed prior to your booking being accepted.

2026 Performing Arts Centre Hire Enquiries  

Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs is proud to offer a state-of-the-art Performing Arts Centre (PAC).

The PAC can be best described as a vibrant hub that nurtures creativity and artistic expression among people. It is a dedicated space where the arts come alive, fostering a culture of performance and appreciation for various art forms.

The primary use is for our PAC at the College in our annual College Musical, Drama Productions and a range of Music and Dance Concerts.

We invite you to explore the diverse rental opportunities available for our PAC, suitable for both rehearsals and performances. Comprehensive details regarding our rates are outlined in the accompanying  2026 Contract, Theatre Specifications and Rates. We kindly draw your attention to the fact that these rates have been revised in anticipation of the 2026 booking period.

Our PAC seats 262 people and is fully equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort. The centre is complemented by a professional-grade sound and standard lighting infrastructure, a versatile drama room, and two well-appointed dressing rooms. Additional amenities include ample onsite parking and a welcoming foyer space, complete with a box office and audience restrooms.

Please ensure that all booking requests are submitted a minimum of 10 weeks in advance of your preferred date. This allows sufficient time for communication, completion of necessary documentation, processing of payments, and the organisation of technical requirements and Duty Manager support.

Please note that all available booking dates for 2026 have now been allocated, and we are no longer accepting bookings for this year.
