2025 College Fee
Please find below the school fee structure for 2025 for each year level.
Additional costs that will be billed throughout the year will be:
Year 7 and Year 9 Camp This will be billed at the time of the activity.
Year 7 MacBook Program This fee of $2186.00 inc GST is invoiced from our partner CompNow and paid directly to them due in full by 20 December 2024, or you can choose the 3 year interest free option through Edstart also billed directly through CompNow.
CAPITAL BUILDING LEVY PER FAMILY $275
This is a levy to help the College fund necessary current building projects and the upkeep of grounds and buildings.
These are the only additional costs that parents will have to pay.

Sibling Discounts (Per Student)
A sibling discount is given to parents who have more than one child attending the College Federation: Caroline Springs, North Keilor, St Albans and Sydenham.

Payments can be made at the College office via cash or EFT (AmEx not accepted)

Please note: A $100 discount will apply (per family) if you choose to pay your tuition fee in full by the end of Term 1, 2024.
Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund
College 1:1 MacBook Program
Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs has a comprehensive 1:1 technology program for all students.
Students commencing at the College are required to purchase the Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs MacBook through our dedicated CompNow MacBook Portal.
2024 Year 7 MacBook $2076.00 inc GST (4 years warranty and accidental damage cover)
2024 Years 8 – 10 MacBook $1831.00 inc GST (3 years warranty and accidental damage cover)
CompNow offer two payment options, finance through EdStart, or payment in full due before your child starts school. This is a one-off payment for the MacBook. If you have any questions regarding this program, please contact our Accounts department.
Compulsory Year Level Camps
Year 7 camp: to be invoiced at the time of camp

Cultural Immersion tours
Domestic Cultural Immersion tours are optional for Year 9 & 10 students and subject to tuition fees being up to date.
