Additional levies and discounts applicable throughout the year:
Sibling Discounts (Per Student)
Families with more than one child enrolled at CRC Federation Colleges in 2027 will receive a discount of $450 for each student attending Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs.
Capital Building Levy (Per Family)
This $500 levy supports the College in funding essential building projects and the maintenance of its grounds and facilities.
College 1:1 MacBook Program $2,332
This fee is invoiced by our partner Winthrop Australia and must be paid directly to them in full by 20 December 2026. All orders must be completed by this date.

Year 10 Outdoor Education (elective subject) $150
Cultural Immersion tours
Domestic Cultural Immersion tours are optional for Year 9 and 10 students and subject to tuition fees being up to date.
Payment Options
The College accepts payments by direct debit (from savings account or credit card), BPAY, Centrepay, as well as cash and EFTPOS at College Reception.

Please note: An early payment discount of $275 per student will be applied when the annual Fees and Levies are paid in full by 31 March 2027.
