During term one 8KU and 8WU completed investigations into fabrics and sewing. This unit of work saw them learning how to hand sew fabric with different embroidery stitches and sew to on buttons.

Once completed, students investigated different fabric key chain ideas to create their own design. The results were varied and creative as the students used different fabrics, buttons, beads and embroidery stitches to decorate and construct their own key chain. The results are impressive!
