Celebrating Matilda’s Stage Debut in Carmen

We are delighted to share that our very own Matilda Snooks of Year 8, took to the stage last weekend in Opera Australia’s acclaimed production of Carmen at the historic Regent Theatre.

The performance marked opening night for the Melbourne season, where Matilda appeared as part of the children’s chorus, dressed in character as a schoolgirl. The photo captured on the night shows her moments before stepping into costume, ready to embrace this wonderful opportunity alongside professional performers.
