Year 7s

Melton City Council has confirmed the second and final round of Year 7 Immunisations for Monday 9 November 2020.

Parents/Carers should have already completed their child’s consent card earlier this year. If you have not completed yours, or are in doubt, please contact Michelle Kugele at the College by Friday 30 October.

If you child has visited their GP or health care professional and received their final dose of the Human Papilloma Virus Vaccine (HPV), please notify Michelle at the College or the Melton City Council’s Immunisation Officer, Zoe Galley, at 9747 7246.

As part of our COVID-Safe health procedures onsite, the nurses will wear full PPE when providing immunisations to students. All students will also be temperature tested prior to administering the vaccine, as per Melton City Council Guidelines.

Year 10s

Melton City Council has confirmed the second and final round of Year 10 Immunisations for Monday 16 November 2020.

In the Year 10s first week back of onsite learning students will be issued with a new consent card to be returned by the 6th November.

If you child has visited their GP or health care professional and received the Meningococcal ACWY Vaccine, please notify Michelle at the College or the Melton City Council’s Immunisation Officer, Zoe Galley, at 9747 7246.

As part of our COVID-Safe health procedures onsite, the nurses will wear full PPE when providing immunisations to students. All students will also be temperature tested prior to administering the vaccine, as per Melton City Council Guidelines.
